Q.Do I need a FuseID to view and purchase photos?

A.No you do not need to create a FuseID to view and purchase photos. If you are purchasing digital files and wish to download them off the website you will to create and login to a FuseID account before proceeding to checkout.

Q.How long will the photos from my event remain on your website?

A.Photos from all events remain on the website for 12 months. If you cannot find the event with your photos please email your query to info@fusephotography.com.

Q.When will I receive my order?

A.Postage times vary for different products. Standard prints take between 10-14 business days to arrive. Framed products can take up to 4-5weeks.

Q.What are the Terms & Conditions for Free Postage and Event Discounts?

A.*Free Postage applies only to orders where the grand total (after discounts and tax) is $100.00AUD or greater and are being shipped to an Australian address and do not contain framed products. Standard delivery charges apply to orders being shipped to addresses outside of Australia and to orders containing framed products.
*Event discounts are only valid until 11:59pm Western Standard Time on the listed date of expiry. Event discount is void when ordering products from more than one event. Event discounts are applied to the subtotal only. Event discounts do not discount the postage cost. Event discounts are applied after any other discounts/vouchers.

// Finding Photos

Q.How do I use the race number/name search to find my photos?

A.Enter your competitor race number from the event in the ‘Race #’ search box on the right of the gallery page and click the submit button to display your photos. Additionally, you can search by name and photo code.
If you cannot find any photos of yourself with your race number, you may have to use the ‘view all’ button to browse through all the photos.

Q.How do I use the search options box to find my photos?

A.UUsing the search options box is a simple process of selecting three options and then clicking ‘submit’ to display those photos only:
1. Select the photo category you wish to search from the top dropdown list:
Identified = Photos in which we could identify a competitor’s race number.
Unidentified = Photos where a competitor’s race number could not be identified.
All = All photos(both identified and unidentified).

2. Select a gender from the middle dropdown list. Male, Female or All.

3. From the bottom dropdown list, select the time block of the sport you want to diplay photos for.
eg. Selecting ‘00:45:00 – 00:46:59’ under the Swim sport will select only those photos between that time block.

4. Click submit to display the photos matching your selected search options.

An example search option is:
Category = Identified
Gender = All
Time = Bike, 05:30:00 – 05:34:59
This search would display all the photos we could identify a race number in, of all genders and with a Bike finish time between 05:30:00 – 05:34:59.

Q.Why can’t I find any photos of myself?

A.Fuse attempts to capture a photo of every person at the event. However, due to the nature of some photography (such as sport photography), it is near impossible to capture a photo of every competitor in the field.
If you cannot find a photo of yourself with one search option, please try the other options. Alternatively you can browse through the ‘unidentified’ photos or ‘view all’.

Q.Can I purchase the digital copies of my photos?

A.Yes, digital copies are available to purchase through our website. To download digital files via the website you must be logged into FuseID account when placing your order.

Q.Which payment methods can I use?

A.Fuse accepts Credit Card(VISA/MASTERCARD/BANKCARD), cheque and money order payments. Direct Deposit into our bank account can be arranged.
Please email info@fusephotography.com if you require our bank account information for Direct Deposit.
If you would prefer not to submit your credit card details online we can also take your details over the phone.

// Image and Print Quality

Q.Will the quality of the prints be the same as the images I see on the website?

A.No. The photo print you receive will be of much higher quality than the images you see on our website. We use low resolution images on the website to help keep browsing speeds acceptable for all customers. All photos are printed on Archival Quality photographic paper using professional lab printers.
Most photos can be blown up and printed at 20″x30″(50x75cm) without loss of quality.

Q.Will my images be touched up and/or cropped before being printed?

A.Yes. We currently adjust each image before it’s printed to fix up any colour or brightness discrepancies. If you would like further changes(such as cropping) to the image before it is printed then please include your request in the notes section of the invoice or call us before you place the order.
During the enlargement process the image ratio changes and we may have to crop the image; we will do our best to make sure the cropping process does not detract too far from the original image.

// Security, Privacy and Copyright

Q.Is it safe to submit my Credit Card details on the Fuse website?

A.The Fuse Photography website uses a 128bit encrypted Secure Sockets Layer(SSL) protocol to encrypt the trasnmission of data between your browser and our website when submitting sensitive information such as your Credit Card details.
Look for the yellow padlock – – at the bottom of your browser window and the “https://” URL in the address to verify you are on a Secure page.

A.Fuse utilises the latest security updates and encryption technologies to make sure your sensitive personal details are kept safe while they are on our system.
